Thank you all ever so much for giving me a choice not to have surgery, because without you that may have been my only option. After completing this course my breathing has become easier and I feel I can fill my lungs to their full capacity. The pain I was in constantly, before I came here, has decreased dramatically, which is a huge relief for me as I have had it for over 2 years. Lastly I feel my posture and overall look has become much straighter. So, thanks again for all your help and to you Erika for fulfilling your dream to open the centre to help people like myself.
